links software package provides Web browser running in text mode, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install links
links is installed in your system.
Make ensure the links package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep links *
You will get with links package name, version, architecture and description in a table
